Students receive first dose of anti-COVID vaccine in Kathmandu (Images)


Students above 18 years of age and people over 40 years received anti-COVID vaccines at Bir Hospital, in Kathmandu, on Friday.

The government had earlier decided to vaccinate Grade XI and XII students studying in Kathmandu, university students sitting for exams and people above 40 years of age against COVID-19 for three days from Friday.

According to the data with the Ministry of Health and Population, as many as 4,795,902 individuals across the nation have received their first dose, while 3,649,760 have received both doses of various anti-COVID vaccines so far.
