The Philippines was rocked by 6.1 magnitude of earthquake on Monday. The earthquake hit near the town of Bodega on the Philippine island of Luzon which left at least 11 dead. The shock was felt in Manila, the capital and other parts of Luzon as well.
The quake damaged an airport leading to suspension of service for 24 hours. The heavy shock left people terrified as high-rise buildings swayed. A terrifying video has emerged of the Anchor Skysuites apartment in Manila where the rooftop swimming pool creates a waterfall during the tremor.
Dozens of people were injured from falling rubble and rescuers are fearing people might be buried under a building near Manila.
Philippine seismologist has reported that more than 400 aftershocks were registered.
